Covenant Cancer Treatment Center to Host 2013 Cancer Survivorship Conference

On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, Covenant Cancer Treatment Center will host the 2013 Cancer Survivorship Conference. The event will be held at the Waterloo Center for the Arts and feature two national keynote speakers, both cancer survivors – Wendy Harpham, MD, FACP and Heidi Kramer, RD, LDN. The conference is offered for free to all attendees and includes light refreshments.

Registration is now open for two sessions offered on the day of the conference. A morning session from 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. welcomes RN’s, LPN’s, Social Workers, Dietitians and other Allied Health Care Professionals. CEU’s and contact hours are available.
