Covenant Clinic is pleased to welcome Angela DeVries, ARNP to Convenient Care Express, located inside the College Square HyVee in Cedar Falls.

Mrs. DeVries recently completed studies at Allen College to become a nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. She will join Kala Miller, ARNP; Lori Paulson, ARNP; and Lexa Starbeck, ARNP at the walk-in clinic.

“What I love about family medicine is that I see patients at all stages of life and with a variety of health issues. It’s challenging and fun at the same time,” she said.

Mrs. DeVries has been a registered nurse since 2002, getting her start in Sartori Memorial Hospital’s intensive care and medical/surgical units. She’s excited to carry on a family tradition at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. "My grandmother and mother both worked at Wheaton. I also have worked at Wheaton as an admissions clerk/ER secretary and registered nurse for many years.
I feel at home at Wheaton and my values are aligned with the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Mission,” she said.

Away from the clinic, Mrs. DeVries enjoys being active with her husband, three children, and one stepson. She mentioned, “We enjoy being on or in the water kayaking, boating, fishing, and swimming.”

You will find Mrs. DeVries at Convenient Care Express, located inside the College Square HyVee in Cedar Fall. Hours are Monday through Friday, noon to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Patients may also find Mrs. DeVries at Covenant Clinic Convenient Care at Arrowhead Medical Center.
