The Kimball Ridge Center, which includes the Medical Arts Building, is the home of many top professionals in the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-Iowa family, the Northeast Iowa Family Practice Residency Program as well as many more health and safety organizations serving the Cedar Valley as well as Eastern Iowa.

The Kimball Ridge Center is home of the Covenant Wellness Center, Covenant Outpatient Therapies, Diabetes/Nutrition Education, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, the Sports Injury Center, Lifeline, Patient Accounts.
