Convenient Care located at the Arrowhead Medical Center in Cedar Falls has been redesigned with you in mind. Beginning June 1, 2010, walk-in Convenient Care services will be relocated within the Arrowhead facility. Convenient Care providers treat minor injuries and illnesses such as; coughs, colds, fevers, and flu symptoms, burns, sprains, strains and fractures, cuts and bruises, earaches, eye, ear, nose and skin infections. Look for the new Convenient Care check in window to the left as you enter. No appointment needed … simply walk right in. This redesign provides you with convenient hours and walk-in access to providers, nurses and staff to help you receive the care when you need it. Lab and X-ray services are also available onsite. The providers staffing Convenient Care locations are doctors Steven Tarr, MD; Joseph Benjamin, DO; Adam Brooks, MD; Brian Rafferty, MD; and Kathleen Megivern, DO.
