Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare–Iowa (Wheaton Iowa) is pleased to welcome Kellie Waugh, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, to Covenant Clinic! Ms. Waugh will soon see patients at Covenant Clinic's newest location in the community of Allison.

"I'm very excited to have the opportunity to launch a new site for Covenant Clinic," she said. "I am eager to become acquainted with the area and grow both the practice and positive provider-patient relationships!"

Ms. Waugh earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Iowa in 2007 and her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Iowa in 2017. In addition to nursing in eastern Iowa she also served as a registered nurse in the United States Army from 2008-2013.

"From a very young age, I knew I wanted to care for others," she said. "I worked for Wheaton Iowa as a Registered Nurse when I was first starting out many years ago. Coming back was an easy choice!"
