About Janet Eimers
Ms. Eimers has a 27-year history working in behavioral health and has been serving patients in eastern Iowa since 2005. Ms. Eimers works with a wide variety of age groups including elementary age children and adolescents, adults, older adults. She also works closely with couples, fam, lies and step-families.
"I chose behavioral health because I enjoy working with people and assisting in overall wellness," she said. "My goal is to assist others as they work toward reaching their goals for a happy and healthy life."
Throughout Ms. Elmers life she has been a high achiever receiving dual Master's degree's in Social Work and Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania
Outside of her passion for psychiatry, Ms. Eimers enjoys reading, cooking, crafts, and furniture refinishing.
