Looking for a way to get in shape? ‘RIPT’ or Resistance Interval Physical Training, incorporates high energy conditioning classes, strength training and nutrition planning to help you reshape your body and your life.

January 3 - March 16 - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 5:45 am, 12:10 pm or 5:30 pm
Weight, body fat and waist measurements January 3. Educational session to help you stay on track to a healthier you!
Participants also receive full Wellness Center membership during the 10 weeks, and a ‘RIPT’ long sleeve dry fit shirt.
