* Fees due on the 1st day of the program.
** This fee is applied to the 1st year 1st semester tuition.
Tuition is due on the dates listed above.
Textbook costs and activity fees are estimates and non-refundable.

Covenant School of Radiologic Technology does not participate in FAFSA/Federal Student Aid. We can however, defer your student loans while you are in the program.
If a student officially withdraws or is dismissed from the school, he/she is entitled to a refund according to the schedule below:
Withdrawal Date Refund
Prior to the first day of class 100% of tuition
Within the first 2 weeks of start date 75% of tuition
Within the first 4 weeks of start date 50% of tuition
Within the first 6 weeks of start date 25% of tuition
